The Rossmor building includes 129 loft style condos which have 18 ft ceilings, cement floors, exposed duct work and each has a unique floor plan and layout all its own.  The first floor of the building is retail space and includes Key’s CafĂ©, Fitzgerald Park Gifts, Sawatdee and CAMP bar.  The Rossmor was built in 1916 as a shoe factory and eventually became an artists’ studio space where they worked and lived.  It was renovated in 2003, but retained many of its resident artists.  The building creates a large draw at the annual St. Paul Art Crawl.
