The Chicago Great Western Condominiums are located on the 300 blockof Kellogg in downtown Saint Paul. The building was built in 1900 as a freight house for the Chicago Great Western Railroad which has been converted into 18 units which includes 8 multi-level townhomes and 10 business offices. The River Park Lofts building was built in 1905 as an office warehouse building. The attached firehouse building was built in 1921 and the firehouse was retired in 1971.
